PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZEN BEHAVIOR PADA KARYAWANPT“F”

ABSTRACT Maharani Ayu Suraputri, 2016; Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Behavior Citizen on employees of PT "F". Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Management Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine and analyze the picture of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizen Behavior on employees of PT "F". 2) To determine and analyze whether there is influence between job satisfaction on Organizational Citizen Behavior on employees of PT "F". 3) To determine and analyze whether there is influence between organizational commitment on organizational Citizen Behavior on employees of PT "F". 4) To determine and analyze whether there is influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational Citizen Behavior on employees of PT" F”. The analysis in this research are descriptive analysis andexplanatory survey. This reseatch conducted on 83 employees of PT “F”. While the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 21.0 version. The results showed that : 1) the level of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizen behavior is at a low level . 2) Job satisfaction has significant and positive influence on organizational citizen behavior. 3) Organizational commitment has significant and positive influence on organizational citizen behavior. 4) Job satisfaction and Organizational commitment significantly influence on organizational citizen behavior Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Behavior Citize
